mozai（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザーの個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリが収集・アクセスする情報は以下のみです。
- カメラ（写真撮影時）
- フォトライブラリ（既存の写真を選択してモザイク処理を行う場合）
- 広告識別子（広告配信のため）
- アプリ内設定（モザイク強度・検出オプションなど。端末ローカルにのみ保存）
- クラッシュ・エラー情報（アプリの安定性向上のため。氏名や連絡先などの個人情報は含まれません）
- お問い合わせ・フィードバック（設定画面から送信した場合のみ。入力されたメッセージ本文、アプリのバージョン、OS のバージョンを送信します。写真・動画・検出結果は含まれません）
撮影・選択した画像はすべてデバイス上でのみ処理され、サーバーへ送信されることはありません。
2. 情報の利用目的
- 写真・動画に対するモザイク処理の実行
- AI による顔・テキスト・ナンバープレート・スクリーンの自動検出（OS が提供する機能およびアプリに同梱した機械学習モデルを用い、すべて端末内で実行。一部の Android 端末では書類種別の判定に端末内蔵の生成 AI（Gemini Nano）を利用しますが、これも端末内で完結します。画像・動画・検出結果・テキストを、クラウドの AI サービスその他の外部・第三者に送信することはありません）
- 広告の配信
- アプリ設定の保持
- アプリの改善・不具合対応
3. 顔データの取り扱い
本アプリの顔検出機能は、写真・動画内の顔の位置（矩形座標）と顔の向き（角度）を端末上で検出し、モザイク・ぼかしを適用する範囲の決定にのみ使用します。
- 検出された顔の位置情報は端末のメモリ上で一時的に利用され、処理完了後ただちに破棄されます。
- 顔認証・個人識別のための顔の特徴量（フェイスプリント／テンプレート）や生体情報は一切生成・保存しません。
- 顔データを含むいかなる情報も、当方のサーバー、Apple、Google、その他の第三者へ送信・共有しません。
- ファイル・データベース・ログ・キャッシュへの保存は行いません。
- すべての顔検出処理は端末内（オフライン）で完結します。
4. 第三者への提供
以下のサービスにデータを提供または処理を委託します。
- Google AdMob：広告の配信（広告識別子を使用）
- Sentry：クラッシュ・エラーレポートの収集（個人を特定できる情報は送信されません）
本アプリの検出処理（顔・テキスト・ナンバープレート・画面）はすべて端末内で行われ、画像・動画・検出結果・テキストを、クラウド上の生成 AI・AI サービスを含む外部・第三者に送信することはありません。フィードバック送信機能を利用した場合のみ、入力されたテキストとアプリ／OS のバージョンが当方に送信されます。上記以外の第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。
5. データの保管
撮影・選択した画像は本アプリのサーバーには保存されません。処理後の画像はユーザーが明示的に保存操作を行った場合にのみ端末のフォトライブラリへ保存されます。アプリ設定データは端末内にのみ保持され、アプリを削除すると消去されます。
6. Cookie・トラッキング
本アプリはCookieを使用しません。Google AdMobは広告効果の測定のため広告識別子を使用することがあります。端末の設定から広告識別子のリセットや追跡の制限が可能です。
7. プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内または本ページにてお知らせします。

This Privacy Policy describes how mozai (the "App") handles your personal information.
1. Information We Access
The App only accesses the following:
- Camera (when taking photos)
- Photo library (when selecting existing photos for mosaic processing)
- Advertising identifier (for ad delivery)
- App settings (mosaic strength, detection options, etc. — stored locally on your device only)
- Crash and error information (to improve app stability; does not include personal information such as your name or contact details)
- Inquiries and feedback (only when you send them from the Settings screen; the message text you enter, the app version, and the OS version are transmitted — no photos, videos, or detection results are included)
Photos and videos you capture or select are processed exclusively on your device and are never transmitted to any server.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Applying mosaic effects to photos and videos
- AI-powered detection of faces, text, license plates, and screens, using operating-system features and machine-learning models bundled in the App — all processing runs on-device. On some Android devices, document-type detection uses the device's built-in generative-AI model (Gemini Nano), which also runs entirely on-device. Images, videos, detection results, and text are never sent to any cloud-AI service or other external or third party

3. Handling of Face Data
The App's face-detection feature detects the position (rectangular coordinates) and orientation (angle) of faces within a photo or video on your device, and uses this only to determine where to apply the mosaic/blur.
- The detected face-position data is used transiently in device memory and is discarded immediately after processing.
- The App never creates or stores facial-recognition feature vectors (faceprints/templates) or any biometric data.
- No face data is transmitted to or shared with our servers, Apple, Google, or any other third party.
- It is never saved to a file, database, log, or cache.
- All face detection runs entirely on your device (offline).
4. Third-Party Services
We share or entrust data processing to the following services:
- Google AdMob: Ad delivery (uses advertising identifier)
- Sentry: Collection of crash and error reports (no personally identifiable information is sent)
All of the App's detection processing (faces, text, license plates, screens) runs on-device; images, videos, detection results, and text are never sent to any external or third party, including cloud-based generative-AI or AI services. Only if you use the feedback feature, the text you enter and your app/OS version are transmitted to us. We do not share your personal information with any other third parties.
5. Data Storage
Photos you capture or select are never stored on our servers. Processed images are saved to your device's photo library only when you explicitly choose to save them. App settings are stored locally on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the App.
6. Cookies and Tracking
The App does not use cookies. Google AdMob may use advertising identifiers to measure ad performance. You can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad tracking in your device settings.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the App or on this page.
